  • ·Dogwood EasyPay is a payment arrangement offered directly by Dogwood Lodge Pet Retreat — not a loan or financial product.
  • ·Minimum qualifying boarding stay is 7 nights.
  • ·A valid credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the arrangement.
  • ·You authorise Dogwood Lodge to charge your card automatically per the agreed schedule.
  • ·Payment schedules are weekly or bi-weekly and consist of four equal payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • ·Approval is at Dogwood Lodge's discretion and may be declined without notice.
  • ·Failed payments may incur a $15 administration fee per occurrence.
  • ·Missed or declined payments may result in suspension from future EasyPay participation.
  • ·Unpaid balances may be referred to a third-party collection agency.
  • ·Standard boarding, cancellation, and reservation policies remain in effect.
  • ·Dogwood Lodge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue EasyPay at any time. Terms subject to change without notice.
