When your dog boards with us, their day looks exactly like a daycare day — out in the pens, playing with matched groups, running, socialising, and genuinely enjoying themselves. The difference is that at the end of the day, they stay with us.
Boarding dogs settle into their crates for the night in our climate-controlled boarding room — air-conditioned in summer, heated in winter. Calming music plays throughout the night. Fresh water is always available. And our smart camera system monitors every movement, so nothing goes unnoticed.
We're not staffed overnight — but we never truly switch off. Our cameras alert us to movement, barking, people, or vehicles outside. We check in continuously throughout the night and respond immediately if anything needs attention.

Forgot to pack food?
We've got you covered.
We don't supply food as part of boarding — you know your dog's diet best, and we'll feed exactly what you bring. But if you forget, run out, or want to try something exceptional, we stock Horizon Pet Nutrition in our on-site retail store.
Horizon is one of the finest pet food brands available — a premium, Canadian-made product that we're proud to carry. It's not the kind of food you find at a grocery store.

Simple, transparent boarding rates
Pricing is based on 24-hour periods from drop-off. Dogs from the same household only for multi-dog pricing. All prices plus HST at 15%.
Full care for one dog — play, meals, overnight, monitoring, and everything in between.
Same great care for two dogs from the same household — together, comfortable, and familiar.
All three together — the whole family, all in one place, all cared for with the same attention.
Stays beyond 24 hours are charged at an additional half night rate. We'll always be clear about timing at drop-off.
Dogs not collected before closing will stay overnight at the standard boarding rate for that night.

Boarding Policies
- Drop-off at least 1 hour before closing — morning recommended
- All vaccinations must be current and on file before arrival
- Dogs must be spayed/neutered by 10 months
- Food must be in original packaging with feeding instructions
- Medications administered free of charge
- Pricing based on 24-hour periods from drop-off
- Over 24 hours charged at half night rate
- Late pick-up = additional night at boarding rate
- No prong or shock collars
First-Time Boarders
A daycare visit before your dog's first boarding stay isn't required — but we always recommend it. A dog who already knows our space, our team, and our routines settles into boarding so much more easily.
